    Great home made food. Very friendly staff. Comfortable dining room. Good place to bring a group of people because there is something for everyone. Excellent boiled icing cake!!

    Hands down the best place to eat a home cooked meal on the island! Try the warm chicken burger and you will not be sorry! Usually very busy here so be prepared to water if it's around supper time but all in all it's worth it.

    Can't wait till this place reopens! Amazing staff, amazing bakery (the hot milk cake is my favorite) and amazing food!

    The service here can be slow because the place always seems packed with regulars with whom the waitresses love to chat. If it's too busy, you have to wait even for menus because, oddly, they don't have enough to go around. But the food is hearty and the desserts are excellent.

    ...we dream of this chowder, the fishcakes and the milk cake, all year long! The wonderful, friendly service and great atmosphere are a bonus.
